Be early. Be right.

  • The creator buys first, and backers follow, all at what the fund holds.
  • When the idea plays out, every share rises with it. No one needs a bigger fool.
  • The creator’s shares move exactly like yours: no special shares, no creator fee.

Your call, your name on it, the first shares yours.

The rules, in plain words.

Selling
Sell any time. Before you sign, you see the least you’ll get. The fund sells your slice and pays you, in parts if it has to. Even if we go offline, you can finish your sale from your own wallet while Hyperliquid runs normally.
How it moves
Each fund resets to its leverage on a fixed schedule, daily or hourly, like a leveraged ETF, and cuts back early, at half the distance to liquidation.
Costs
No creator fee. any.fund earns a fee on each trade the fund makes, starting 48 hours after it was announced. The buy and sale fees stay in the fund. Hyperliquid’s trading fees and funding come out of its value.
Changes
A fund’s own terms never change. Only any.fund’s fee (capped by the contract) and the fund code can, each with 48 hours’ notice, and you can sell in that time.
Risk
Leverage cuts both ways, and cut-backs don’t cap losses. You can lose everything you put in.
Alpha
Private alpha: invited wallets only, up to 20 USDC a deposit.
